Rachel is the GP of Red Bike Capital, a NYC-based fund investing in underrepresented founders in consumer tech. She is a Founder, C-Level Exec, Board Member, Investor and a Top Latinx in Tech leader. Rachel was Partner at Five Four Ventures, a VC and Start-up Studio with offices in New York and San Francisco. Previously, she was co-founder and CMO of Scentbird, a Y-Combinator backed fragrance subscription service that raised $28MM+ in venture funding. Rachel led Growth, Brand and Business Development, scaling the company to over 500,000 subscribers. Before this, she spent 15 years building billion-dollar brands at Elizabeth Arden, Estee Lauder, Gillette, L’Oreal, and Bacardi. She is a Y Combinator alumnus, #500 strong, and was recognized as Top 50 Latinx Tech Leaders in the US ($10B in exits). She is passionate about supporting women and Latinx in tech.
