Before Airpals, she created Loop Fairtrade, a digital platform that connects Ecuadorian artisans with global designers to co-create ethical products. Her advice: Never go to a meeting expecting money, because that is the most likely thing that you won't get. If you have that mindset, you will feel like you are losing on every meeting.
